 We provide private shuttle and chauffeur-driven transfers mainly to and from airports in Paris and surrounding areas. All journeys must be pre-booked and confirmed. 3. Bookings & Payments

 

 Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or other communication channels. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly on the day of the service. In exceptional cases, advance payment may be requested and will be discussed directly with the client.

4. Airport Pickups 

 

 After your flight has landed, please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for baggage collection and customs clearance. Our drivers will wait for you at the agreed meeting point. If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately at +33 6 19 98 61 14.

5. Delays & Responsibilities 

 

•We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, strikes, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

•If we arrive late at the agreed meeting point due to our fault, we will:

•Provide an alternative driver/vehicle as soon as possible, or

•Offer a full refund if payment has already been made.

6. Cancellations & Refunds 

 

•Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

•If a payment was made in advance, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

•In case of no-show, the full fare will be charged.

7. Client Responsibilities 

 

 Clients must provide accurate booking details (pickup address, time, flight number, contact details). Clients must be present at the agreed location and time. Respectful behavior towards drivers and vehicles is required. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

8. Luggage & Safety 

 

 Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at booking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Child seats are available upon request and must be declared at booking.
